$12 million of taxpayer funds were spent to produce this report, which reveals several things:

1. The survey methods were incompetent.
2. The results, to the extent they may be accurate, are cause for alarm at the sheer ignorance, incompetence, and stupidity of the law enforcement agents surveyed. All but one of the alleged "threats" ([calaphist] terrorists) are either largely imaginary or not threats at all (militia). If this represents their actual thinking, then the lunatics are running the asylum.
3. They completely ignored most of the more important threats: Organized and gang crime, public corruption and abuse of power, economic collapse, weapons of mass destruction, lack of a trained militia, several kinds of natural and man-made disasters, spying.
4. Clearly another propaganda piece from the ADL/SPLC subversives.
