Following is a message from CP National announcing the Spring 2009
National Committee meeting. I was able to attend the last one in
Florida, and was blessed. I encourage all who are able to attend.

2009 Spring
National Committee
Meeting Update:


The Spring 2009 National and Executive Committee meetings of the
Constitution Party will be held June 11, 12, and 13th in Newark, New
Jersey at the Marriott Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel located at
1000 Spring Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07201, 908-436-4600. The
sleeping room rate is $103 plus tax. Reservations should be made on
or before May 22, 2009 by calling 908-436-4600 or 800-468-3571.

The Executive Committee will meet Thursday, June 11. On Friday, June
12th the business meeting of the National Committee will begin at
8:30am, with registration starting at 7:30am. The banquet will be on
Friday night.

The National Committee meeting will reconvene on Saturday morning,
June 13th at 8:30am. The scheduled activities for the weekend will
conclude around 1:00 pm on Saturday to give attendees the option of
doing some sightseeing (a great chance to visit the "Big Apple," about
20 minutes away) or returning home on Saturday night.

Traditionally, a caucus meeting is held, at a time determined at the
meeting, of the states representing the host region which, of course,
on this occasion would be the Eastern States of West Virginia,
Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut,
Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine. Each
of these state party affiliates should, therefore, make a special
effort to be as well-represented at this meeting as possible.

The list of speakers cannot be announced yet, but stay tuned.
Preliminary indications are that this meeting will feature a
blockbuster line-up that you absolutely will not want to miss!

All Constitution Party members and supporters across the nation are
encouraged to attend this very important meeting, although, as always,
only paid-up national committee members will entitled to voting
privileges. This will be a particularly great opportunity for
Constitution Party enthusiasts in the eastern portion of the United
States to come and interact with Constitution Party leaders from all
over the country. Those living along or near the Atlantic seaboard
will be "just up or down the road" from the meeting via I-95.

An EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION of $150 is offered to those who register on
or before April 15th. For those who register April 16 through May 22
the price is set at $160. For those who register on or after May 23rd
registration will be $175. Registration forms will be mailed to
National Committee members. Please watch at: www.constitution
party.com/view_events.php for a guest registration form which will be
posted shortly. The Registration fee will include, in addition to all
the events, breakfast on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Friday, and the
banquet on Friday evening. This is a great deal! The sooner you act
the better of a deal it will be!

Student registration is $125 (18 - 25 with id), the registration for
children is $95. Registration for the banquet alone is $50. For those
who are able to attend on Saturday only, the registration is $25.
