Newbe: how connect constellio to a solr index

Hi,

I am absolutely new to constellio.

I want to use constellio as a search GUI for our solr indexes

but I am not able to configure the solr urls in constellio.

if anyone could help me...

Hi Christian,

which version of Constellio did you install ? Because regarding v1.3, this is not something you can do.

Then I can't help you, haven't played with v2 yet.

If it's only for the GUI part, why don't you look at search UI frameworks that you can plug to solr, like  AjaxFranceLabs or AjaxSolr ?

Hi Christian, 

Constellio will help you with the crawling / configuration aspects. 

If you have your own Solr index, it's still possible to import it in Constellio (the a Solr connector). 

The solutions Cedric suggested are also very relevant for building a search GUI.
