Lotus Notes Calendar: Appointments not showing up as busy time

If you mark something in your calendar with "pencil in" that means if
another user is looking at your free time schedule you will not show
up as busy at that time.
This is good to use for appointments, meetings, all day events which
are more of reminders or not as important that you can attend
something else during that time... In Lotus Notes 8, this feature is
called 'Mark Available' (will be much more clear hopefuly..)
