IC3 next steps

Attached are the latest (last) versions of the draft IC3 term sheet, etc, which I’m reforwarding so that everyone has them.  (Note that Googledocs is desupporting attachments.)

 

Below are the latest action items from conversations this week.

 

1)      Arrange conference call with CPA about the issue of  “100% of "directed" funds must be disbursed [in the current fiscal year]or there will be tax consequences to IC3”. (Dan/MaryE) 

2)      Follow-up with two identified new prospects  (MaryE/Paul)

3)      Update Oracle on latest status (Mary/Paul)

4)      Talk to BAH about their technology needs (MaryE)

5)      Update the WG proposal on active clients and cloud selectors, send the link to the list and iterate on it in a separate thread.  Note plan is to use Apache 2.0 license which can be consumed by Higgins at Eclipse. (Paul)

6)      Follow-up with OASIS Council about OASIS identified issues with OWF agreement (then  follow-up with MS council and perhaps ITU-T) (MaryE/Craig) 

7)      Arrange for small group of attorneys (from IC3 anchor tenants) to have a call to iterate on the draft documents  (Tony/David, etc.)

8)      Select target date for transition informed by above.  RSA (Feb) might be a good time to announce IC3.
