The Gender & Sexuality Caucus of the Radio Preservation Task Force is promoting a call on “Why Radio Matters for Gender & Sexuality Studies” for a theme week at In Media Res (a MediaCommons project). The deadline for proposals is February 25th, 2022. In Media Res utilizes short-form pieces (300-350 words) alongside media content (audio or video clip, images, etc.) to initiate interdisciplinary conversations.
