Women's and Gender Studies at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee seeks a visiting assistant professor for the 2022-2023 academic year with expertise in Queer and Sexuality Studies. Teaching load is three courses per semester, with some advising responsibilities in the graduate program. Teaching responsibilities include undergraduate and graduate courses in queer theory and feminist theory. Applications from candidates with a PhD by start date will be considered. Demonstrated commitment to Women's and Gender Studies. Expertise in feminist research methods or queer of color critique preferred. Teaching experience in feminist theory or queer theory preferred.
