Babumoshai Bandookbaaz - A Compelling Action-Thriller Movie Babumoshai Bandookbaaz is a 2017 action thriller Hindi film set in Uttar Pradesh. Babumoshai Bandookbaaz's movie revolves around the rivalries and betrayals of politically entangled individuals who try to live their dual lives and keep them separate to try to find some sense of peace. However, from the start of the movie, Babu (played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui), the male lead of the film, has a bad start when he kills off Jiji's alliances accidentally, thus putting him in her bad books.
Babu wakes up after being in a coma for a very long time and is told about what happened after he was supposedly killed. He vows to take revenge for the betrayal of all the traitors. Towards the movie's end, he has a shocking encounter with Banke and Fulwa, who reveals a series of secrets that shake Babu up as he swears vengeance.
I think the same thing happened with Rekka, though it was a much different movie. In general, majority of our audience find it hard to accept a movie going totally nuts and offering wickedly wild entertainment in the process. May be our people are too sanskari in their heads to accept a Babumoshai Bandookbaaz.

The rest of the country is sadly very under represented in terms of decent English reviews. For example, it is hard to find anything else than a few perfunctorily written reviews of new Bengali releases. They mostly seem like essays listing pros and cons of the movie, like someone is completing their school homework.
