Problems with the representation file

Good afternoon, 

I have created a .txt file and the programme give me this answer: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: presence absence file should contain only zeros and ones, not 2.0

I have verify that I have only 0 and 1, but it stays the same. Does anyone know how to know where is the problem.

Hi Beatriz,

That message means that there is a 2.0 somewhere in the file. However, maybe there is a programming mistake. If you are able to email me the file (or share), I can take a look.

Also, what options did you select prior to loading the problem?
