Maxent to Resnet converter problem

Dear all,
I have difficulties with opening the Maxent to Resnet converter (exe). I have tried it on several computers (both Vista and Xp).
The message reads: "This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the apllication support team"
Please help.
