This might be two separate problems, so I will start with:
(1) Regular Lat/Long Grid does not read more than 40,000 records
If there is a problem with the input file, ConsNet should print a
message. However, if you run out of memory, the program may stop as
you described. Check the console (the black screen behind ConsNet) to
see if there are any other reported errors. You will also be able to
see if you are running out of memory.
(2) ConsNet stalls in the step Main: loading objective manager
I may need more information to answer this one. First, when this
error occurs, are you loading a saved problem from the archive or are
you creating a new problem using input files? Also, check the console
to see if there are any reported errors.
