Hi Michael:

Thank you very much for your response. I dont think that my database
is the
same as the one you are familiar with, this is a database that we
built for
Carmen, my student's M.Sc. thesis. Although most of our cells are
hexagonal,
the ones at the edge of our study area are not because we use state
boundaries and ecoregion boundaries to define our study area.
Therefore it
seemslike it will be really hard to calculate the shared boundary, and
I
decided to create a representation file with no geometry. However when
I
loaded the problem in ConsNet I got the following error messages:

ERR: NbhdException: nbhdManager already contains a nbhd with that
name
ConsnetBitSetNbhd (DV) 0 spatial nbhd [126 6]
ERR: MastaControlException: nbhdManager already contains a nbhd with
that
name ConsnetBitSetNbhd (DV)0 spatial nbhd [126 6]

My representation file, however, seems to be correct. Do you have an
idea of
what may be wrong?
I guess that an alternative would be to create ResNet files from my
maxent
output and then modify them to get the proper format for ConsNet,
however I
do not have maxent_to_resnet.

Thank you again!

Leonardo.
