So, in December 2023, my Netflix account was hacked & somehow another email address replaced mine. I have been unable to sign in or watch and Netflix since December, (I also found earlier in November/December that all my settings had been changed to Spanish, but managed to get that back into English).

Netflix insist that Sky needs to disconnect the Netflix on my Sky account and then set up a new Netflix account email address and Sky insist that Netflix have to sort out the issue. Neither are prepared to help me fix this. I have even had a triangulated call with me, Netflix and Sky all on the call, but both insist the other needs to sort it - not very helpful for me.
