Where I live Black Flag is a bit expensive at the moment, so the only way to play it would be to find a sale/good price in the near future. Aside from that, if Black Flag is a must play for the story, I'm thinking maybe I'll read a plot synopse online.

I have been working on a 2d game project. One day, it started to freeze whenever I hit play button to test it out. I restarted the laptop and re-installed unity editor and hub, but nothing worked.
All my 3d projects were fine, but 2d projects are freezing when play button is pressed, no matter what. All of them has very little in common, so I can't figure out why this is happening or how to fix it.
Also, on problematic files, error occurred when I tried to build(export?) it. There is no way for me to test(play?) the game.
If you ever had this problem or know how to fix it, please tell me about it. Thank you.

Hi everyone! On my pc (i7 3xxxQM, 2GB Radeon HD6XXX discrete GPU, 12 GB Ram, 840 pro ssd) Unity editor is extremely slow while entering play mode. I'm talking about 15-20 seconds timespan. Once play mode is on, everything is fine. It is pretty slow on updating the editor when coming back from visual studio, too. Any ideas?

Google Play Games makes it easy to bring your mobile game to Windows PCs. Switch to DXT for texture compression. Common Android texture formats such as ETC are decoded in memory at runtime if they can't be passed through to a player's GPU directly. ASTC gives you the best desktop compatibility, although you need to use a desktop GPU profiling tool in order to verify expected behavior for your game.

i opened a new project and just had a camera in my scene, press play and the same error occurs, heres a screenshot before pressing play
