We are writing to inform you
of the exciting news that the United for Wildlife (UfW) online
MOOCs are being transitioned to a new home on the National
Geographic Society online platform.
Over the last few
years the UfW MOOCs have gone from strength to strength, with
over 19,000 registered learners from almost every country in
the world, and winning 2 industry-leading e-learning awards
(2017: Gold and 2016: Silver for best online learning project
in the not-for-profit sector).
Your data, including
course progress, will not be transferred to the new platform,
so you will have until the end of the year (Dec 31) to
complete any courses you’ve started. The new National
Geographic platform is live from today! You will need to
register
here to create an account from which any
additional courses can be started.
Unfortunately, those
in OFAC sanctioned countries will currently be unable to sign
up for the new platform, however we are working on this and
will let you know if this changes.
Thank you for your
continued interest in conservation and in these
courses, The United for Wildlife Courses
