Rewilding Rhodopes is now looking for a full-time Team Leader based in Bulgaria. The Team Leader’s principal role is to lead, build and develop this large-scale rewilding initiative. As an executive director, he/she oversees and coordinates all aspects of development, design, planning, implementation, management, fundraising and reporting on the activities in the Rhodope Mountains. The Team Leader reports to the board of the foundation and oversees a small team of staff with regards to rewilding, communications and enterprise development.
