 Dear. Moushira

Thank you very much for your message and your offer to help.
Firstly, I want to inform you that to-date there is another 5 volunteers and this very good news and support our hope to complete our voluntary projects.
We will start by April, after my return from UK, by end of March I will need a photocopy of your ID to get for you entry permit for GE.
Once we get these permits we can start directly a field and community work, for that it is very important to know your interesting are you interesting more in work with local community and gathering a traditional knowledge or you interested in a fieldwork.

Our fieldwork will include:-
-         Photographing Dracaena ombet and plants on Gabel Elba
-         Measuring trees
-         Detection locations using GPS
-         Mapping population using GIS

Community work will include:-
-         Interviewing local communities
-         Groups discussions
-         Documentation their related Traditional Knowledge
-         Historical Mapping using GIS
-         Support local communities

If you have digital camera or laptop, this will be great for recording your interviews with local people and during field activities. In GEPA we have many cameras but if a volunteer have one will be good to freely his work.

At all thank you again and I hope always to hear from you. I if you have any comments about this work, will be great to improve and update our plan until we can meet in April.

Cheers
