Hi,

Will conscript by any chance be moved to sbt 0.12 soon?

Thanks
Heiko

It can be. I forget why this is an issue, just that you use the launcher downloaded by conscript to start sbt itself?

Hi, I just published conscript-plugin for sbt 0.12.0, in case this is
helpful. It's the same version as before, 0.3.4.

Is it conscript itself, and the launcher it uses, that you would like
upgraded or is the plugin sufficient?

Thanks.

I would like to use conscript to install/start applications based on sbt 0.12. I thought that I need an upgraded version of conscript / the launcher it uses, but that might be wrong, because if I remember correctly, the latest 0.11 launcher can launch 0.12 applications.

Yes, the sbt launcher does not often break compatibility. In this case it seems fine, I just tested the current conscript with a locally published version of giter8 built against 0.12.0 and had no issues.

However, the conscript-plugin version 0.3.4 I published for sbt 0.12 was no good, it wouldn't resolve the launcher interface. So if you wish to use conscript-plugin with sbt 0.12.0 you'll need to use the version of it that I just published, 0.3.5:

Of course, conscript-plugin is entirely optional. It simply adds in the launcher interface dependency and provides some test actions.
