Sept.14 Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Course   We have a 3 day meditation workshop coming up next month and would like to invite you to join us. The Art of Meditation course is a course designed to give you mastery in a very deep and powerful meditation technique. Your instructor will give you a personalized mantra (a resonant sound) and teach you how to use that mantra to slip deep into meditation. This is a subtle yet profound process and also amazingly effortless. The Art of Living Foundation (www.artofliving.org) is a non-denominational, educational and humanitarian non-profit that aims to uplift society through courses that focus on strengthening the individual by improving personal well-being and cultivating human values.
