Project set-up completed

We have now completed the initial project set-up for source code
hosting, a collaborative wiki, this public mailing list, etc.

The unique short moniker for the project is the contraction
"Conreality", with which it has now been registered on various social
media and cloud services.

As Google currently lists ostensibly a mere < 1K hits (in actuality,
only < 100 are returned) for this string, claiming this name
everywhere should be no problem going forward:
