Onlytricky thing with the second example is that the factor variables get coerced to numeric when you combine everything into one data frame. So ideally, you will do this mainly when all your variables of interest are the same type.

If the legend is the same for both plots, there is a simple solution using grid.arrange(assuming you want your legend to align with both plots either vertically or horizontally). Simply keep the legend for the bottom-most or right-most plot while omitting the legend for the other. Adding a legend to just one plot, however, alters the size of one plot relative to the other. To avoid this use the heights command to manually adjust and keep them the same size. You can even use grid.arrange to make common axis titles. Note that this will require library(grid) in addition to library(gridExtra). For vertical plots:

I would like to suggest expanding the use of Guide Grids to Legends and Drafting Views in a way that their internal lines can be used to align objects, texts, lines... This will speed up the creation of 2D content.

You can kind of do this now. Use reference planes in your legends and drafting views as alignment planes and when you drop them onto a sheet, you can pick the reference plane as an object to move them and align with other sheet lines or views.

I'm working with mathematica 9.0 and I want to make a graphic grid containing 3 different plots. My problem is that when I use plotlegend to label the plots the legend does not show up or the left axis of the first plot it's out of the graphic. Does anybody know how can I label the three different plots without these issues?.Thanks.

In amidst these carnage-strewn vehicular melees, some other longtime series strengths come to the fore: spectacular damage depiction, the flashback function that lets you rewind time by a short amount, and which I miss in every single other racing game, and a nemesis system whereby hitting an AI driver sends them absolutely apoplectic with anger and prompts them to brake-test you and ram you into the barriers at every opportunity, for several races to come. After about 20 story mode events, half the grid was out to kill me.

Bombing of Coruscant's central power distribution grid/Legends is within the scope of WookieeProject: The Clone Wars, an effort to develop comprehensive and detailed articles with topics originating in or related to the Star Wars: The Clone Wars television series, the related television series Star Wars: The Bad Batch and Tales, and related multimedia.

There are several types of chart markings and axis labels you can add to your charts. You can modify their look to emphasize your data, and you can style the chart title and value label text differently to make it stand out from the other text.

Axis lines define the edge of the chart, sometimes also marking the zero value, like an inner border. Evenly spaced gridlines cross the chart and provide a visual reference for large increments in the values. You can specify whether to show chart axis lines and gridlines and modify their look.

You can add reference lines to a chart to mark the average, median, minimum, or maximum values. Reference lines make a chart easier to interpret at a glance and can help you compare the values in the chart to a benchmark value.
