Refund Policy for Event Registration

What if I sign up for an event but can’t attend? Can I get a refund, or is there an option to transfer my registration to someone else?

we can’t refund your money, but you can send someone in your place. Just let us know, and we’ll add them to the registration.
If it’s more than 10 days away, please email us at edu...@npelra.org, and we’ll do our best to process a refund.
