[ANN] Bundle release: CMD 0.4

The ConnId team is pleased to announce the release of ConnId CMD connector 0.4.

The CMD Connector supports provisioning by executing arbitrary commands on the running host, typically via scripts.

ConnId (Connectors for Identity Management) is built to help drive development of Connectors.
