[ANN] ConnId base and bundle releases

The ConnId team is pleased to announce the release of ConnId framework 1.6.0.0 [1] and several bundles:

* LDAP 1.5.10 [2]
* AD 1.4.0 [3]
* Azure 2.0.3 [4] and 3.0.0 [5]
* Okta 3.0.7 [6]
* SCIM 1.0.5 [7]
* SOAP 1.5.0 [8]
* REST 1.1.0 [9]
* Database 2.4.0 [10]

ConnId (Connectors for Identity Management) is built to help drive development of Connectors.

The releases will be available within 24h from the central Maven repository.
