[ANN] ConnId base and bundle releases

The ConnId team is pleased to announce the release of ConnId framework 1.6.1.0 [1] 1.5.3.0 [2] and several bundles:

* REST 1.1.1 and 1.0.9
* Database 2.4.1 and 2.3.1

ConnId (Connectors for Identity Management) is built to help drive development of Connectors.

The releases will be available within 24h from the central Maven repository.
