to Connectivity Analysis Toolkit
The Connectivity Analysis Toolkit is a software interface that
provides conservation planners with newly-developed tools for both
linkage mapping and landscape-level 'centrality' analysis.

200 people from around the world have downloaded version 1.0 in the 2
months since it has become available.

We have just released Version 1.1 with the following changes:

• Major enhancement: Implementation of time-series min-cost flow (eg,
for analysis of 'climate change' corridors).
• Several minor bugfixes, primarily in beta functions: e.g., GUI now
passes correct alpha value to PageRank.

If you have already requested download instructions for version 1.0,
you should automatically receive an email with links to the new
version.

Otherwise you can request the links from the Download Request page:

http://www.connectivitytools.org

The new installer file should automatically uninstall the version 1.0
(if installed) before upgrading to version 1.1.

(You should answer yes when the installer questions as to whether it's
OK to install to the existing CAT directory).

If you encounter any problems, or have comments, please post them to
the support and discussion forum:
