Reasons for a trajfile to be in the folder SCRATCH ?

Dear all,

I run my simulations, but for a few days.

My traj file is no longer in the output folder but in the scratch folder. I did not make any fundamental changes (only modify my simulation in the release dates, certain biological parameters, etc.).
In addition, if I look at my traj file, and I make graphical representations (I use R), it seems to have been written (I also did the tests on matlab), but I cannot trust it.

I did not set the option writerestart = .true.

I do not have a particular error message to tell me what is wrong (I work under Linux)

Do you have any ideas ? Advice? (I put the file and its description in attachments).
