Problem with getdata

Dear all,

I want to format locally stored files with getdata.

I put them in the /expt_example/nests/raw folder and I ran getdata.
I had the following output : You have to enter the experiment number/name you want to run and the number of the nest you want to get the data for.

What can I do ?

Hi Celine,

That means you didn’t provide getdata with the name of the experiment and/or the number of the nest you want to run. Assuming that you are doing that for the nest 1, and since your expt is called example, you'd have to run:

./getdata example 1

It won’t run if you don’t provide both the name and the nest number.
