We are currently looking for a WMS Techno-Functional Analyst (Oracle EBS R12) for a long-term contract opportunity.

WMS Techno-Functional Analyst (Oracle EBS R12)
Experience: 8–10 years in IT | 3–5 years in WMS

Results-driven WMS Techno-Functional Analyst with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12.2.x Warehouse Management and Inventory modules. Experienced in configuring, supporting, and enhancing warehouse systems to optimize inventory accuracy, traceability, and fulfillment efficiency. Adept at bridging business and IT functions, ensuring seamless integration across supply chain systems in regulated environments.

Proven ability to deliver compliant solutions aligned with FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, ISO 13485, and Computer System Validation (CSV) standards. Skilled in authoring functional and technical documentation following Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies, and executing validation protocols including IQ, OQ, and PQ.

Hands-on experience in system integration with SCM, Transportation Management, 3PL providers, and barcode/serialization systems. Strong technical background in SQL, PL/SQL, and middleware tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Demonstrated success in production support environments, performing root cause analysis, troubleshooting complex issues, implementing CAPA, and ensuring high system availability through 24/7 support models.
