The original post from the_wombat (are you out there Matt?) indicates
that the Virbiage ATA runs a webserver for config. The user guide
indicates that the ATA can phone home to get new system software.
Presumably the device is programmable via TCP.

Now I have a partial toolchain which I assume works I need a way to
program a board to begin experimentation. I need info on how to
program them via the ethernet.
If anyone has this info please post it or forward to me and I'll post it.
