Does anyone have an ESR meter to measure my capicators

Does anyone have an ESR meter to measure my capacitors if they are working and if so can you make it Saturday with it thanks

What size capacitors, and what specified ESR at what frequency?

I don't have such a meter, but you can measure it using an AC source and
an oscilloscope, if you care to measure the magnitude and phase angle of
the voltage and current :/

I.e. a signal generator or AC plug-pack.
