Armageddon - 9 days to go

Hi all

 

Just a reminder that Armageddon is now upon us.

 

Wes is finalizing paperwork for the event this week.

 

Bump in is on the Friday afternoon and evening of the 12th, so all who are supplying large items need to organise delivery of their item, either through Hackerspace, myself or drop off on the Friday to the Convention Centre.

 

Some items that are smaller may be allowed to bought in on the Saturday and Sunday at the discretion of Scotty the event organizer, large items will not be permitted in once the venue has opened for the general public.

 

Items such as the Cardboard robot, 3D printers, large quadcopters, R2 parts will need to be bumped in on the Friday.

 

There are only 3 free exhibitor passes available for the weekend for our stand so this will be a tag team effort. 

 

Can you please advise myself, Andy or Wes if you are attending on the weekend and what times you will be attending so that a roster can be made.

 

As there are only 3 passes available at any time attendees over this limit will not have access or will end up having to purchase a ticket through the general box office ( which will be near impossible on the day as usually people prepurchase online and they will most likely be sold out )

 

I will be on hand full time for the event so will be available to co ordinate pass hand overs.
