I need to connect to a machine that I can access only by first establishing a vpn connection. Is there some way to do that with ConnectBot?

As far as I know ConnectBot doesn't support VPN. But I have seen the options
in many recent Android phones. For example, on Nexus 5: Settings -> More...
VPN -> '+' (Add) and choices are: PPTP, L2TP, IPSec PSK/RSA.
