Vivado 2015.2

Xilinx just released a new version of Vivado, which I downloaded and tested yesterday on buildbot.connectal.org. Works for me.

I'm building and running tests on bluesim, xsim, zedboard, and vc707g2 (VC707 configured for PCIe gen2), and all the tests built and ran.

Moving from 2014.4 to 2015.2 cured a timing problem that cropped up in one of the examples. This release includes improved clock domain crossing analysis and some improvements for partial reconfiguration.
