I fixed the code that was not working with Vivado 2014.4. I've been building a set of connectal examples with vivado 2014.4 for a few weeks now and they have been passing their tests.

Also, most of those examples run at 250 MHz via PCIe gen2 on the vc707 now.

I released Connectal v15.04.3 packages for Ubuntu and Debian today. The CentOS packages did not build for some reason.
