Hello Coinbase Support,
I’ve been having trouble accessing my Coinbase account. Every time I try to log in, I get an "Error 2FA authentication failed" message. I’ve checked my Google Authenticator app, but everything seems to be working fine on my end. I also didn’t change my phone recently, so I’m not sure what’s causing this issue.
Additionally, my wallet balance isn’t displaying correctly, and I’m worried there might be some missing transactions. Can you please look into this for me and guide me on how to resolve it?
In the meantime, I’ve been checking sites like https://coinalert.net/ to stay updated on crypto news, but I’d really appreciate getting my Coinbase account back up and running soon.
