satisfying customer needs. They have an aggressive growth strategy for
the future based in large part by viewing manufacturing operations as a
self sustaining business unit with its own sales activity for contract
manufacturing.

Position reports directly to the Chairman/Chief Executive
Officer/President of this high technology company. As part of the
corporate executive team, this position participates in the decision
making process for the overall strategy and direction of the company.
For the right individual it could also evolve into a Corporate Officer
status.

Its primary accountability is for the direction, management, growth,
and performance of the manufacturing division. Included in this, is
the responsibility for formulating policies, programs, and objectives,
to maintain the schedule commitments, cost objectives, and quality
targets of the company. A major ingredient for growth is through
manufacturing acquisitions and contract manufacturing, with this
position having direct revenue growth objectives.

The initial focus of this position is in growing the production volumes
through contract manufacturing and to insure that the proper processes
and people are in place to support that growth.

The individual we are looking for is:
