SCI has the following URGENT client requirement.

Product Support Engineers (Multiple Positions)

With responsibility for escalated customer problems/issues worldwide,
the successful candidates will identify, evaluate and resolve software
and hardware related problems and provide effective problem management
through resolution and customer satisfaction. Must have a BS or
equivalent with at least 8 years experience in communications, and a
working knowledge of either LAN/WAN network communication servers &
applications; LAN internetworking (bridges/routers); or SNMP, DOS,
TCP/IP, LAT, UNIX experience.
