We have an immediate opening available for a BZ Regional Sales Associate (RSA). The territory open for this BZ RSA will be: NorthEast (Western MA, Eastern NY, CT) with a 300 mile radius out. This RSA is responsible to sell Digital Marketing products to Automotive Dealerships in this NorthEast territory. BZ RSAs will partner with the Baseline Sales Reps and Retail Solutions Managers within the defined territory. This RSA will help train, mentor and grow the sales force through continual training and review of sales processes/techniques. The RSA will also be responsible for admin tasks and reporting such as: Forecasts, Win/Loss Reports, Quarterly Objectives, handling calls such as collections within the year after sale,customer issues, general liaison between customer/company departments and other admin activities as needed. Our Regional Sales Associate ideally will have extensive understanding of the automobile retail business, a strong sales background, and have the ability to communicate with Dealer Principals. DBOT QualificationsRequired (Experience, Skills, Academic): The ideal candidate will have Digital Marketing and automotive experience. Candidates will also have specific knowledge of the BZ Results organization and products. Also, this candidate must have the following qualifications: . 3 to 5 years experience in dealership vertical with extensive understanding of the auto retail business. . Knowledge of Automotive Finance and Insurance area also highly helpful . 4 year college degree or equivalent experience . 3 to 5 months of job related formal sales training . 3 to 5 years of technical, B2B solutions sales experience, including new business development .
