Pratt-Read Corporation is seeking a dynamic, motivated and
independent professional to join our Manufacturing team in
Bridgeport, Connecticut. The HR Manager will support the
organization in the areas of: employee relations, staffing,
compensation, benefits, and training and development. This
position will act as a strategic business partner to the Vice
President/General Manager, Operations in developing and
implementing programs and initiatives that support and advance
our organizational goals and strategies. The successful candidate
will possess the following attributes: ·8 - 12 years of Human
Resources and Organization Effectiveness experience ·Strong
leadership, facilitation and project management skills ·Ability
to work cross-functionally with all levels of employees and
management ·Extensive knowledge of HR policies and practices,
compensation and benefits, organization change and effectiveness
·Excellent management skills encompassing resource planning,
organization design, organization capability, staffing and
resource allocation ·Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or
related field preferred ·Spanish preferred
