All our used Caravans over 3000 come with our own warranty. This will include a full Approved workshop service, Pdi inspection, full clean and a working handover,running through the workings of your new caravan. We are normally able to pick up any faults or issues before you collect your caravan. But if anything does arrise we are here to help, You simply call us with the problem, we then book you in, usually within a few days, we then fix the problem, Simple!
As this is our own warranty we do not tie you down to exact dates and periods so even if your a week out of warranty, and have a major problem, we do not turn around and say sorry the policy has now run out, We are here to help and will usually get the problem fixed for you.

What a brilliant experience we had buying our first caravan. We cannot thank Scott for hand holding us through the whole process. He answered all our silly questions and offered lots of useful hints and tips for our first stay away with our new home. We cant praise Scott and his lovely family enough for their amazing service. I initially put a message on a Facebook caravan group asking if anyone was selling the sort of thing we were looking for. Scott messaged me and sent me the pictures and prices of 3 suitable options. He even gave us a general idea of a part exchange price on our old van without even seeing it. All 3 caravans were in great condition and Scott and his Sister made the choosing process very easy. Scott is genuinely one of the nicest blokes you will meet and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you so much for helping us find our perfect caravan and making the whole buying experience a pleasurable one. All the added extras were very, very much appreciated and our little celebration gift was just the icing on the cake. Working with Scott to buy our 1st caravan was so easy. There was no Bulls**t or sales patter, just an honest account of the vans history with an extensive demonstration. Everything was made very easy. Excellent to deal with. He even arranged delivery at a very reasonable price which was prompt and very detailed. Handover was excellent too with everything explained. We sold our 2019 Buccaneer Barracuda to Taylors tourers today 16/06/2022 and I can honestly say what a pleasure it was. Just collected our new to us tourer today, we knew from the day we first found Taylors on here we would buy from them, everything they advertise looks so clean and in really good condition. After collecting our new caravan today this has been proven to be true, the van looks brand new and nothing has been too much trouble for Scott despite us asking lots of stupid questions and probably being a pain in the - you know what! Scott is a top bloke to deal with, very honest and overall nice guy, hes true to his word. Wed been searching for the right caravan for absolutely ages. We viewed quite a lot from big corporate companies but the service was poor and some of the caravans were in a worse condition. We came across Taylors Tourers and saw a caravan that ticked every box, so we contacted Scott and went to view it. I have to say we fell in love with it from the beginning. It was clean and in a beautiful condition. We met Scotts dad on arrival and he was really friendly, then we met Scott. It was a pleasure meeting the family, there was no pressure. The sale went through without any problems and Jade delivered the caravan last week. She was fabulous and really friendly. If you want a calm, friendly purchase then please go see Scott and his family, it was a real pleasure doing business with him. Its a fabulous family run business and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Where do I start... We contacted Scott from Taylors Tourers to ask for a trade in price for our old caravan. He asked for photographs and provided us with a price which we felt was extremely fair considering he hadnt seen the caravan in person. We explained what caravan we were looking for and within a couple of weeks the caravan we were looking for came up for sale. From the initial contact with Scott he provided a professional first class service. No matter what time of day or night he was always there to answer questions and queries that we had, and believe me we had a few! Nothing was too much trouble. We have never met Scott in person due to the hundreds of miles between us as we live in Scotland but we feel that he is a friend. He offers a reliable, honest and extremely professional service from beginning to end. The caravan that we purchased was cleaned and valeted to the highest of standards and he even arranged for a haulage company to deliver our new caravan and collect our old caravan from our storage way up north in Scotland. He provided us with photographs and videos of the interior and exterior and even provided videos of how to set up the caravan once we got it onto a pitch, which was great as it was dark when it arrived and they were really helpful. Scott is extremely knowledgeable and patient and really fair. It is going to be a very long time before we consider an upgrade but when we do we will not hesitate in coming back to Scott at Taylors Tourers. We cannot recommend him and the company highly enough. Fantastic service from start to finish. We had been looking for a van for a while and came across Taylor's Tourers on Ebay. We messaged Scott requesting to view a van and he replied very quickly. We viewed the van which was immaculate, and looked brand new even though it is 12 years old. No pushy sales , just a lovely friendly professional service, everything as promised by Scott, including a quick turnaround and delivery as we were so excited and wanted the van the same week. The van was fully serviced on the day it was delivered too. Ive been looking since the start of lockdown for a caravan upgrade that would continue our family memories that my previous one has contributed too! I can say hands down that I am over the moon with my new purchase! Scott the owner of Taylor's Tourers has been amazing! Very patient, knowledgeable and a credit to his business! I rang a big caravan company local to me and their love for the business wasnt there and so I didnt want to waste a trip! We searched high and low for a quality second hand Swift Challenger SE and then we came across Taylors Tourers and Scott. His was by far the best condition one we had seen and his description was spot on and when we arrived he didnt mind at all me giving it a thorough check over which took quite a while. Scott was very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. Needless to say we purchased it and are absolutely delighted with it, and we would definitely recommend him and his business. Having recently purchased our new van through Taylors Tourers, I cannot stress enough how professional and pleasant our experience was. Main dealerships should take note and apply this high standard to their own sales process, we purchased unseen due to distance and they also took ours as part exchange unseen. The who process was excellent from start to finish, we collected Friday and finally met Scott and his Dad who were welcoming and accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
