I'm at the very early stages of testing the 3.1.1 upgrade for Evergreen, with the hopes of running the production upgrade next weekend (June 2/3).
Right now the database has been upgraded, and I have the default skin working.
There are many pieces I have not yet configured; for example, authentication uses only built-in passwords at the moment (no LDAP for Laurentian users), and I have not tuned the application to support high levels of concurrent access.
I'm planning on rolling out the custom skins and testing hostname next week, and ensuring that Z39.50, SIP, LDAP authentication, SFX OpenURL integration, etc is all working before the production upgrade next weekend. There will also be a number of fixes that I will incorporate from the 3.1.2 release that is planned for this weekend.
