Investigating outage (Friday July 12, morning)

I'm currently looking into why we can't connect to Conifer. Will provide more details as the investigation proceeds.

After rebooting the server, and slowly and cautiously restarting services, things seem to be back online.

I have not yet determined the cause of the outage but will continue to investigate.
