Conifer outage today (Saturday, March 11, 2017)

Hello:

I crawled out of a yurt today and found out that Conifer has been down since this morning. It turns out that the co-location site where Conifer's servers are hosted has suffered a severe power outage, which has made it difficult for our hosts to keep their servers online.

As of 2:00 PM EST, the status from our hosts was that they have people on site and are working to bring everything back on line -- hopefully soon.

Once things are back up and running, let me know if you need any help with loading offline sessions.

Okay, I don't have the official thumbs-up from our hosts yet, but I've been able to log into our server and get services back up and running, so in theory you should all be able to log in and run transactions as well.

Would this be the reason we have not been receiving our recurring reports?

According to my Conifer reports, my Checked Out by Shelving Location report was supposed to run March 14 2017  - it has not been received (Yes, I’ve checked the Junk folder in Outlook). Last one received Feb 28^th 2017.  This report is supposed to run every two weeks.
