I have not received any of my recurring reports.

I also set-up two reports to “run as soon as possible” approx one hour ago and they are still in the ‘pending’ queue.

Hi everyone,

 

Is anyone experiencing problems searching in Conifer? For example, the book title: Current Technologies in Plant Molecular Breeding...

 

 

On my Mac laptop and using Safari, the record comes up without problem (above link). However, running the same search for the same title on Firefox produces no results. Also, the same search doesn't come up when the technicians run it on their Windows computers, using Firefox or Chrome. I just tried to search for "Current Technologies in Plant Molecular Breeding" under Title only in Type and in Laurentian University in Library on the library's Chromebooks and they don't pick up the record. The technicians spotted this behaviour yesterday. 

 

Frankly, I'm a bit confused why a search produces results on one browser but not on another for my Mac and not at all on Chromebooks and Windows machines.

 

Also, is anyone else experiencing problems running reports on Conifer? I ran some reports yesterday morning and as of this morning they hadn't been processed. I deleted them from the Pending list and ran another report a good 20 minutes ago and it's still pending.
