Conifer Reports issue

Is anyone else having issues accessing their lists of reports?

This morning I have been trying to access the list of reports in my CIRCULATION folder (under the Template folder) but the list does not appear -- there should be over 25 reports in the list to choose from.

FYI – I  have been able to successfully sign-out and check-in books.

Yes, I noticed the problem with reports yesterday after applying a security update. Unfortunately, although I identified the source of the issue, I wasn't able to fix the problem yesterday, and I am now out of the office for three weeks. As Laurentian has no other personnel responsible for library systems, it's probably going to be at least three weeks before I'll be able to resolve the issue.

I can assure you that all of the reports that were generated before yesterday are all still there on the server, and I'll be able to rerun the scheduled reports once I resolve the problem.

Late last week I identified and addressed the root cause of the inability to view reports, which could also cause problems with Z39.50 searches and other seemingly unrelated issues.

Please let me know if you're still having trouble viewing your reports or running Z39.50 searches on a consistent basis. I know that from time to time there are still "503 Network timeouts" reported in the catalogue and various other requests, but those are sporadic.

Hi again,

It seems that my problem has been resolved. I noticed that none of the boxes on the service and credentials window were checked off. After checking some of these boxes, I am now able to import Z39 records.

Boréal also is not receiving overdue reports.

Thanks for the feedback! I was able to fix the underlying problem and restore a number of scheduled reports, but if there are others that you expect, feel free to let me know directly (ideally with the exact title of a previous report).
