Around 10:03 AM today, I received an automated notification that our SIP service was failing.
That was followed at 10:08 with an automated notification that the report server was failing.
At 10:14, a ticket was opened saying that Conifer was down; even though the main landing page was still being served up, any attempt to perform some sort of functionality failed with an "Internal server error".
At this point, a system reboot was warranted; I took the time to also apply the operating system security updates that were in the queue.
Unfortunately, the reboot appears to either have failed, or some other issue has come into play, as the system will not respond to my attempts to connect to it. Our hosts, BC Libraries Coop, are investigating the issue on their end, so I'm hopeful that this will be resolved shortly and will update you accordingly as I hear more.
