Iattached my file (for some reason you can attach Word docs but not txt files).... I'm guessing if there wasn't a blacklist file somewhere, everything listed in this would be broken to some degree.

I'm not sure that is the best solution. Given the size of the exclusion list it would probably be better for Nahimic to use an include list that only includes products they certify to work with their service. It seems backwards to have users go in and exclude every program that doesn't work with the service.


Just wanted to say thanks to everyone for their suggestions - have had "New" teams problems for the last two days and turning off the Nahimic service to test, then updating the BlackApps.dat file and restarting teams resolved it. Using a Dell G5 with GTX & Alienware here.


This solution (blackapps.dat hack) works for us too. Successfully tested with two different machines.



EDIT: oh and also, you don't need to reboot. Simply restart the Nahimic service in Services, and then restart new teams, you should be good.
