01/ General Accountant – 01 person in Da Lat ( Kế toán tổng hợp Làm ở Đà Lạt , Lương cao)

In this role, you’ll be utilizing your technical accounting expertise to provide the following support:

Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing

Quarterly balance sheet and P & L Analysis

Monthly expense variance analysis

Consolidation, inter-company transactions and reconciliations including foreign currency accounting

Ensure accuracy of financial statements and compliance to internal policies

Manage Fixed Assets

Balance sheet accounts reconciliations

Property, sales and use tax and franchise tax returns

Oracle implementation team member

Interface with management in various departments, including production, sales and marketing, administration.

02 / Chief Accountant – 01 person in HCMC – ( Kế toán trưởng làm ở Hồ Chí Minh)

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting

• Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations

• Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts.

• Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring and controls.

• Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management

• Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries

• Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations and project

teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.

• Issue project cost reports for review and approval.

• Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.

• Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns

• Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance

• Min 3-5 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting

• Min 1 year as Chief Accountant

• Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.

• Good communication in both English and Vietnamese

• Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.

• Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
