Update of Kafka Connect documentation

Hi, in https://www.confluent.io/product/connectors/ I think it would be helpful if the following databases were added to the "TAGS" column in the table for Certified Connectors (or other connectors if not yet certified) for Oracle Golden Gate:

 

*        DB2

*        MySQL

*        SQL Server

*        Teradata

 

At least, that's according to Oracle's docs: https://docs.oracle.com/goldengate/c1230/gg-winux/GGHDB/12.3-what-is-oracle-goldengate-heterogeneous-databases.htm

I'm not a rep of Oracle or anything.  I just think it would be helpful for other people looking to integrate with those databases if they were listed in one place.  While you are at it, can this page please be reviewed for other omissions and in particular any other connectors for DB2?
